The rough shape     Using a small forge to heat up the steel for shaping     Hook formed. Still needs heat treating for hardness       Hardened and tempered with initial sharpening done     A "swan-neck" hook design     Next, polishing and finial sharpening   The 2nd tool various angles           The 2 tools together   Before testing, final sharpening and polishing   Testing of the hook tools.
